RULES & REGULATIONS

• Meetings are compulsory to all members except on crucial reasons which must be relayed to the EXCO committee in a minimum of 2hours before the conveying time.

• Neatness is mandatory for all members.

• Members must rise above religious or social fanatics and there must be no discrimination on the basis of religion, tribe, sex or social belief.

• Any decision agreed by the 2/3rd majority remains final and all members of D'block MUST abide by it on consideration.

• Irresponsibility, drunkenness, fight or unreasonable arguments or struggle shall not be tolerated during or after meetings.

• The EXCO serves as the disciplinary committee. Every misunderstanding or disciplinary measures upon any member is deliberated in an EXCO meeting.

• There is sovereignty in the decision of the EXCO members.

• The National EXCO must be informed before a member is dismissed in any chapter.

• Misappropriation, misuse and mismanagement of funds is not permitted in D'block. Officers, contractors, members and intending members should have this in mind!
